Vegan Eats : Hojicha Granola

Here’s the easiest granola recipe you’ll ever make in your life. We adapted this recipe from Peaceful Cuisine to our liking and we are obsessed! You don’t need a dehydrator for this recipe, we just like to use it to make any kind of granola.

Let me know if you make this recipe and what you think of it! You can omit the Hojicha leaves if that’s not your thing, or add anything else to your granola if you wish.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 C Oats

.5 C Maple Syrup

1/4 C Coconut Oil

1/4 C Cashews

1/4 C Pumpkin seeds

3 tbsp Hojicha tea leaves

 

Instructions:

1. Put Hojicha leaves into a food processor or blender and pulse until it makes a powder.

2. Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.

3. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or use a dehydrator for 18 hours.

4. Enjoy!
