The Ultimate Thanksgiving Brunch Mimosa

The last time we went to Disney, I had an apple mimosa at Chef Mickey’s and I knew I wanted to recreate it at home because it was that good! It’s the easiest cocktail you’ll ever make.

How to make an Apple Cider Mimosa

how to make a mimosa

You’ll need the following:

  • Champagne
  • Apple Cider
  • Thin apple slices
  • Date Syrup (I’ve seen people use caramel sauce but we made it vegan and used date syrup)
  • Sugar (Coconut sugar works well too)
  • Cinnamon
Step One
  • Combine sugar and cinnamon together in a small plate.
Step Two
  • Pour date syrup in a separate plate.
Step three
  • Dip the top of your Champagne glass into the date syrup and then into the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Step Four
  • Pour your apple cider into your glass and then pour your Champagne to taste.
Step Five
  • Garnish with an apple slice and you’re ready to enjoy!

Fall time mimosa

This apple mimosa recipe is a great change from the traditional mimosa and it’s perfect for the Fall! You can also make this into a Sangria or garnishing it with cinnamon sticks would probably be delicious too – I’ll have to try that next time! Let me know if you try it!
