Easy Chia Pudding

So, I barely have enough time in the mornings to get any kind of breakfast in these days, so anything SUPER easy is absolutely my go to. A lot of people like over night oats, however cold oatmeal is NOT my jam. I much prefer my chia pudding and it’s SO easy.

You should make this the night before so you can just grab and go in the morning.

I’ve tried to do this many different ways and this is the way I’ve found to actually enjoy it.

  • 1 cup non dairy milk (I used Almond Milk but I also like Cashew Milk)
  • 4 tablespoons of chia
  • maple syrup (add to your discretion but don’t go overboard)

That’s it y’all. Use a whisk to bring it all together in a glass tupperware, or portion it out into cute mason jars, and put it in the fridge for the next day.

Here I topped it with vegan whipped cream and frozen cherries, but you can play around with any toppings that you like!

I’d love to know if you have any other recipes you’ve tried and stay tuned for a fun PUMPKIN SPICE chia pudding recipe for the fall!
